Alice Dietrich

A medical doctor, Alice has more than 20 years of experience in medical affairs in executive leadership positions and has launched multiple products in a variety of disease areas. Past employers include Eli Lilly, AMGEN, Shire, Cubist, Galapagos, and Vir Bio.

Alice accelerates company growth by infusing Big Pharma experience into Biotech start-ups, by developing and implementing differentiating strategies.

 

Importantly, Alice leverages her vast experience to grow and develop diverse teams through vision, authenticity and an empowering leadership style.

This has included restructuring large teams (over 700 people), to integrating new departments and companies, as well as building Medical Affairs teams from scratch (up to more than 140 people).

Meinolf Linn

meinolf@cucumberconsulting.com

 

Meinolf is a medical doctor with over a decade of experience in the clinical and academic world, including paediatrics, General Internal Medicine, Oncology, Cardiology and Pulmonology.

 

In addition, he has spent more than 25 years in Pharma and Biotech where he garnered a global network of key opinion leaders in Oncology and Immunology, and led international teams of up to 250 people across the globe, with a focus on launch planning and execution in diverse markets.

 

Meinolf's amazing ability to connect with people across cultures and form long-lasting relationships embodies his leadership style as a citizen of the world. Previous employers include: Novartis, AMGEN, Roche,  GSK, and Shire.
